Payment schedule

The house is currently at 35% completion.

• Payment of Phase 1 — 10% reservation deposit & 10% advance payment: 20% – HUF 33,780,000

Within 2 months after the payment, the property will reach approximately 60% completion. At this stage:

• Phase 2, first advance payment: 20% – HUF 33,780,000

Within 2 months after this payment, the property will reach approximately 80% completion. At this stage:

• Phase 3, second advance payment: 20% – HUF 33,780,000

Within 2 months after this payment, the property will reach 100% completion. At this stage:

• Phase 4, remaining purchase price upon handover of the keys: 40% – HUF 67,560,000

This totals HUF 168,900,000.
The expected handover is in the 7th month following payment of the reservation deposit.

If you reserve the property by 30 June 2026 with a 20% payment — 10% reservation deposit and 10% advance payment — you will receive a 3 × 6 metre outdoor swimming pool as a gift, worth HUF 9 million.

If you do not wish to receive the swimming pool, its value will be deducted from the purchase price, reducing it to HUF 159,900,000. In this case, the payment amounts required at each phase will be adjusted proportionally.
