    The house is currently at 35% completion.<\/p>

    • Payment of Phase 1<\/strong> \u2014 10% reservation deposit & 10% advance payment: 20% \u2013 HUF 33,780,000<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      Within 2 months after the payment, the property will reach approximately 60% completion. At this stage:<\/p>

      • Phase 2, first advance payment:<\/strong> 20% \u2013 HUF 33,780,000<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        Within 2 months after this payment, the property will reach approximately 80% completion. At this stage:<\/p>

        • Phase 3, second advance payment:<\/strong> 20% \u2013 HUF 33,780,000<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Within 2 months after this payment, the property will reach 100% completion. At this stage:<\/p>

          • Phase 4, remaining purchase price upon handover of the keys:<\/strong> 40% \u2013 HUF 67,560,000<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

            This totals HUF 168,900,000<\/strong>.
            The expected handover is in the 7th month following payment of the reservation deposit.<\/p>

            If you reserve the property by 30 June 2026<\/strong> with a 20% payment \u2014 10% reservation deposit and 10% advance payment \u2014 you will receive a 3 \u00d7 6 metre outdoor swimming pool<\/strong> as a gift, worth HUF 9 million<\/strong>.<\/p>

            If you do not wish to receive the swimming pool, its value will be deducted from the purchase price, reducing it to HUF 159,900,000<\/strong>.
